Terms of service

This is placeholder terms-of-service copy for outbid.in. Replace it with language reviewed by a lawyer before accepting real payments — at minimum it should cover: what you are buying (a ranked placement, not advertising guarantees or traffic guarantees), that payments are non-refundable, prohibited listing categories, your right to remove listings that break the rules, limits on liability, and how disputes are handled.

Because this product processes real payments via Razorpay, you are also responsible for complying with the RBI's payment aggregator guidelines and for keeping your Razorpay KYC and business registration current.
