outbid.in

FAQ

How is this different from advertising?

There's no targeting, no impressions, no bidding on keywords. You pay one amount to hold one visible spot on one public page, for as long as nobody pays more than you.

What happens when someone outbids me?

Your listing stays on the leaderboard, just lower down, sorted by the amount you paid. You can pay again at any time to move back up.

Can I get a refund if I'm outbid five minutes later?

No. Payments are final the moment they're confirmed — see the rules page.

How is the minimum bid to claim a spot calculated?

You need to clear the current amount at that spot by a small margin that scales with the amount — cheap to nudge past a low spot, more expensive to dislodge someone from the top.

Who can see my listing?

Anyone visiting outbid.in — the leaderboard, category pages, and the today view are all public.

What payment methods are supported?

Everything Razorpay supports for Indian cards, UPI, netbanking, and wallets.
